The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for performing various business critical tasks in the shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of materials used in a large-scale greenhouse production facility. Internal movement of goods will consist of staging the necessary materials used in daily production and storing finished goods before picking and creating customer orders. The Warehouse Lead will also assist in the disposal of organic/non-organic waste, picking, wrapping, and labeling outbound shipments.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, and monitor machines and equipment. They will ensure that product and packaging requirements are met safely, efficiently and with minimal waste. They will inspect harvesting or packaging line processes and materials and respond promptly to any machine malfunctions. They will be responsible for the start up and continuous operation of harvesting and packaging equipment while maintaining efficiencies and assist the department in meeting or exceeding daily production goals.

Role Overview
The Procurement Manager, MRO and Site Services is responsible for developing and executing the sourcing strategy for Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) materials and site services across Nexus Circular’s facilities. This role will support both day‑to‑day operational procurement needs and longer‑term strategic sourcing initiatives that support plant reliability, operational efficiency, and cost competitiveness. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing various business critical tasks in the shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of materials used in a large scale greenhouse production facility. Typical inbound shipments will include packaging materials, growing inputs, and hazardous materials used in the cleaning process. Internal movement of goods will consist of staging the necessary materials used in daily production and storing finished goods before picking and creating customer orders. The Warehouse Associate will also be assisting in the disposal of organic/non-organic waste, and picking, wrapping, and labelling outbound shipments.
A forklift will be used extensively. All movements will be required to follow procedures efficiently in order to meet or exceed expectations in safety, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Computer equipment and software may be utilized in all aspects of this position.
The Warehouse Associate will also play a major role in performing inventory cycle counts and implementing inventory controls. They will keep a clean and safe working environment and inspect all equipment before use to maintain equipment and vehicles at a high standard. The associate must be able to communicate openly with supervisors and coworkers on any issues and be able to work with the team to implement and sustain process changes.

1. Supervise pack crew in daily operations to ensure daily plan and goals are met, corrects errors and provides feedback when needed

Ensures all work is carried out in a safe and orderly manner. Complies with protocols and documentation related to OSHA and food safety. Will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of automated material handling and greenhouse equipment. Starting salary for this role is in the range of $114,000 - $141,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation and benefits. Axios' compensation philosophy takes into account cost of labor differentials across the country. Because this is a remote-optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location.
Note that the total compensation offered for this role includes incremental variable compensation based on sales territory, which is contingent upon the successful achievement of predetermined sales targets.

Position Summary
The FSQ Technician plays a critical role in implementing and supporting food safety and quality programs on the production floor. Working under the guidance of the FSQ Manager, this role ensures sanitation standards are upheld, product quality is verified, and regulatory and internal standards are consistently met throughout nightly operations. The FSQ Technician performs routine inspections, sampling, and documentation to maintain BrightFarms’ food safety & quality programs.
