Description
| The Senior Procurement Process Analyst is responsible for documenting, evaluating, improving, and scaling procurement and supply chain processes across the organization. This role will work closely with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Project Controls teams to establish standardized procedures, implement best practices, and drive process consistency as the company continues to grow. This is a highly hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and execution. The successful candidate will lead process mapping efforts, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), identify process improvement opportunities, and support implementation of scalable procurement practices. The ideal candidate has successfully built and documented procurement or supply chain processes in a fast-paced manufacturing, industrial, construction, or capital project environment. In addition to process excellence responsibilities, this role will actively support procurement operations and strategic sourcing activities. The Senior Procurement Process Analyst will assist with supplier relationship management, sourcing events, request for proposal (RFP) administration, contract and supplier onboarding processes, procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows, and procurement governance initiatives. |
